Technology That Defies the Forces of Nature: Our Composite Outdoor Collection

The Flawless Union of Aesthetics and Armor

The entrance door of a detached home is the first vision that projects the building's architectural character to the outside world. When we discuss design with the clients who visit our factory, the complaint we encounter most often always comes down to the same point: outdoor doors purchased elsewhere swell after just a few winters, the sun-exposed sections fade and flake, and rust sets in. The relentless forces of nature outside show no mercy to the standard materials you use in your living room. Designed specifically to solve this problem at its root, our Composite Outdoor Collection was brought to life by drawing inspiration from the demanding strength tests of the marine (maritime) sector.

For a material to withstand the outdoors for years, it must repel water, deflect ultraviolet rays at the surface, and completely isolate the steel skeleton within from oxygen. Classic wood or ordinary MDF panels cannot achieve this. The composite sheets shaped on our production line are made with a special, nanotechnology-based formula that absolutely never absorbs water and never cracks. Whether in the sub-zero frosts of winter or under the steep, scorching sun of summer, the color and form of your door retain the very same magnificence they had on the day it was first installed.

The Texture of Wood, the Power of Technology

Of course, focusing solely on the durability side while pushing elegance into the background would not align with our 20-year design philosophy. The most striking aspect of our composite collection is that, viewed from the outside, it perfectly mirrors the warm, solid, and prestigious presence of natural wood. The fine grain texture on the surface is crafted to the millimeter with special molds. For clients who wish, we can integrate matte anthracite, and for others, dark walnut or natural oak textures, into the composite sheets. Until your guests touch that door, they will never realize it is a piece of advanced-technology armor; all they perceive is the warmth of a luxurious wood.

The Silent Guardian of Heavy Steel

The true hero beneath this beauty, however, is the unseen inner skeleton. Behind the composite panels lie galvanized heavy steel blocks ranging from 1.2 millimeters to 2.0 millimeters in thickness, providing the highest level of resistance against break-in attempts. Because outdoor doors are heavily exposed to wind pressure, we must reduce the flexing rate to zero. The special hook lock systems that secure the frame to the wall and the centrally supported mechanisms anchored at 14 points build an insurmountable wall behind that elegant appearance. The extra-densified rockwool fillings, meanwhile, retain the heat inside the home, completely preventing your hallway from cooling down during the winter months. When you look at your home from the outside, you have bought a work of art; when you read its technical specifications, you have bought a fortress.
